The location was perfect for enjoying some adventurous cycling trails in the area. We had a blast exploring the scenic routes and soaking up the beautiful countryside views. The lodge itself surpassed our expectations, with a cozy and comfortable bed that provided us with the best sleep we've ever had. The bathroom shower, with its fantastic wet room style, was a luxurious treat. We also appreciated the private little area outside, where we could relax and watch the stunning sunsets. The spacious rooms and thoughtful amenities, such as towels, cleaning products, and even delicious treats like salted caramel cookies and creme eggs, made us feel right at home. Our family had a magical time interacting with the horses on-site, and the skylights allowed us to marvel at the starry night sky. It was truly a delightful place for a family getaway.
For families with children, it would be great to have more outdoor activities or a playground available.

The holiday home features free WiFi throughout the property. It was like having a magical pocket-sized wizard who could summon information at my fingertips. I was able to effortlessly browse the web and share my amazing experiences with friends and family.
Potholes on the approach.

Loved the breathtakingly beautiful location with horses outside our window. The private little area with sliding doors and sunset views was magical. The spacious rooms, comfortable bed, and abundance of amenities provided a wonderful stay.
The lane leading to the hotel had lots of potholes. The bedroom skylight was too bright for sleeping and the boiler made noise at night.

The hotel had a charming and cozy atmosphere, with beautiful decor and inviting common areas. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be easily accessible, with no stairs to navigate and wide hallways that were easy to walk through. It was a lovely place for seniors to relax and enjoy their vacation.
It would have been even better if the children working there were more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

The location of the hotel offers stunning views of the surrounding countryside with horses visible from the rooms. the spacious rooms provide plenty of space and comfort, and the beds are incredibly comfortable for a restful sleep. the well-equipped kitchen and spotlessly clean facilities add to the overall experience. the hosts respect your privacy while still being available if needed.
The road leading to the hotel is unpaved and has some large potholes, which may cause concern for those with nicer vehicles.
